Top Notch!! Ken Neyer Plumbing provided the best customer service I have ever received! From the moment we contacted Neyer Plumbing, to the time of completion, everyone we worked with was above and beyond expectations.
On 10 February we noticed a leak in our basement that we thought was a foundation breach around the main water line. Upon further investigation, it was determined that the main water feed line coming into the house had a crack in it. I had a bathroom sink that had a shutoff valve that stripped and was unable to turn off. It also had a pretty good leak under the sink. I called Ken Neyer Plumbing and from the moment I called was met with professional and friendly customer service.
Nathan and Shelby responded to the service call and were outstanding. Both arrived promptly and ready to work. Their communication was great. They kept me well informed before, during and at the completion of the service call. They were professional, knowledgeable and friendly.
