She not only helped me develop a plan that would protect my hair in throughout process, but allowed me to get used to the new style before we went all the way. She cared about my satisfaction and didnt want me wasting money on the drastic change when I was on the edge about whether I would truly like it or want to go back dark. I brought my 8 year old daughter back a few weeks later and she was patient, kind and did an amazing job on her as well! 100% recommend.“
