I went into to order contacts and I needed two extra dollars, an employee there by the name of Erin gave me two dollars cash because walmart doesnt take Apple Pay, I had left my walllet in the car. It was right before Christmas, I was overwhelmed with joy by the kind gesture. The man who helped me orsee my contacts and glasses Andrew was also beyond kind and helpful. He gave me the best deals and informed me of the many benefits that my insurance offers so I could get the most out of it before the end of the year. Five starts to Brookpark Walmart Vision Center. Dr Li is very kind and thorough with your eye exam. I have had 2 eye exams from her and it has been great.
The optical staff at the vision center are very down to earth and attentive. They are competent and very helpful. I 100% would recommend anyone going there for an eye exam or glasses.
Giving shout out to the following workers there from all of them great hospitality and atmosphere and clean vision center also like to shout out to theses workers: Andrew T. Good worker knows his job and vision center manager Jennifer Travers good manager and last but not least Dr. Ting Li she knows her work did a great job and too all the other workers whose names I don’t remember good work too Best place to go wether you are paying or medical insurance is paying Great place to go to God Bless All
