Not a bad gym but some patrons ruin it either due to lack of rules existing or lack of enforcement. Recently, the gym has suffered from a pungent odor. I've started to bring a fabreeze can with me just to make it more bearable. The fact people work out shirtless on the machines probably doesn't help. If you like to listen to music when you work out, you'll probably need to memorize the schedules of the people who come in and bring their own speakers. They blast their music loud enough that you won't be able to hear your own. I have worked out at this gym for over two years and have experienced the transition from Titans to Alpha Legends and now FitWorks. Most of the negative reviews here are due to the management during the short lived period as Alpha Legends. I can verify that the quality of the experience decreased significantly during this time. However, ever since FitWorks has taken over, everything has been improving and I would definitely recommend this gym for people who are actually looking to get a lift in. The gym is pretty decent. I saw all the essentials. It was pretty quiet. I think it'll be even better when the smoothie bar is set up. It might be a good idea to have staff a little more often.
