They failed to turn in my tax return last year. They applied for an extension without telling me. I continuously called (voicemail full), emailed (no answer). Finally they submitted my tax return because "someone put it in the wrong pile. They were ready in May". They filed in September and now I'm paying late fees. I've followed up on inquiries on the late fees with no answer. Horrible, horrible, horrible. Do not recommend.
