When you go to a Barber College for services, keep in mind that the people that sevice you are students. Some are more knowledgeable/ experienced than others, but they are all learning. Very nicely ran, good customer service, prompt response if you have an issue with a completed cut/style. As long as you remember that you can't get experience without experience, your experience will be great.Additionally,although the students aren't "paid," tips are highly accepted, and they are grateful for even $2! So keep that in mind.My only complaint is the heat, and only one side of the establishment is used. But the staff and hunger of the students overshadow that.

I've been going to Keratin Barber College for over 30 years almost exclusively. I've been other barber colleges in Akron and Cleveland area and by far I fall back to Keratin. I return not only because of curriculum and his hands on teaching, his staff adds another layer of professional know how. Oh! By way the reason why I go to Keratin and other barber colleges is I'm a spend thrift kinda guy

I love going here. Been taking my son since last year. My son is autistic and the students are always patient and understanding when servicing him. Haven’t had a bad experience as of yet.
