Tarr Accounting & Tax Services offers exceptional professional service with experienced tax and financial preparers. Clients appreciate their up-to-date software and best practices, with some having a long history of working with the team. However, recent experiences have highlighted issues with communication and responsiveness. While some clients find filing taxes easy and plan to return, others express disappointment with the current level of service compared to previous years.
I have had great experiences with them in the past but since covid communication is dismal and very unresponsive. Schedule changes often, no one returns calls, they no longer answer the phone, you HAVE TO leave a message, no one emails or anything… it’s sad because when I first started with them back in 2016 they were on the ball!!
TFS is extremely thorough and helpful with taxes. They know what they are doing and will get you the best refund you can possibly get because they are up to date and familiar with the latest tax laws. They also provide great advice for long term planning.I read other reviews about communication and never had a problem so I believe they have sufficiently addressed these concerns and established a good communication plan with their clients.Taxes are terrible and they make it a seamless and effortless process for their clients.
