Superior Carpet & Tile Care provides excellent service, cleaning carpets, tile floors, and area rugs. The technician was on time, polite, and professional, and the results were amazing, with carpets looking better than ever and rugs fresh and vibrant again. The company also offers top notch cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting, with a phenomenal job on high traffic areas. The owner is honest about what can and can’t be cleaned due to worn traffic patterns. The team is fantastic, arriving early and being super friendly. Clients were very pleased with the experience, noting the difference was a happy surprise and that the results were better than expected. The company takes pride in their work. Highly recommended, with five stars all the way.
I had Superior Carpet & Tile Care come out to clean the carpet in my basement and a few area rugs, and they did an amazing job. The results were better than I expected—the carpet looks brand new and the rugs are fresh and vibrant again. They were professional, on time, and took great care with everything. Fantastic experience! Jed reached out almost immediately after I had submitted an inquiry online which was greatly appreciated. Stopped by the store for a consultation and was extremely helpful.
