Strawbridge Memorial Chapel is the ABSOLUTE best in Cleveland, Ohio. Some may want to know why I feel this way, so let me start by answering with this...THEY ACTUALLY CARE!!! 🧚‍♀️ Their establishment and customer service is nothing short of professional and first-class. More than half of my family and friends that attended my mother's viewing made sure to let me know that they have attended several home-going services, and never saw someone deceased look so amazing. Everything from her hair, embalming, makeup, clothing, nails, placement, and cemetery escort was perfect. Strawbridge's staff took time to make sure that I was comfortable with my choices, and guided me with reasonable options when I felt stuck. I can't fail to mention as well, just how pleased I was with how trouble-free all the administrative transactions were handled. I'll conclude with this; As we all have experienced or will someday experience in this life, the loss of a loved one, I'd surely hope that you'd want them taken and handled by a funeral home that cares. Trust me, it was gut wrenching difficult, but Strawbridge stepped in and provided me with exactly what I needed. Thank you Strawbridge for making what was one of the hardest times in my life, turn out to be a little less stressed and a little more manageable. {LET'S NOT FORGET THIS IS DURING A COVID-19 PANDEMIC ALSO} 😷
