They are thorough, fair, professional, and prioritize fixing problems over selling new equipment. The service is fantastic and incredibly inexpensive for same day amazing service. The technicians are very nice and talented, and they are 100% the first call for many loyal customers who highly recommend its services.
This guy named Jim from Slife heating and cooling came out to give us an estimate for getting the heating and cooling replaced and asked me what was going on. I explained the symptoms of our central AC then he went to check out the furnace and AC unit. At one point he said, "I'm not going to try to get your hopes up but it might just be a capacitor." He took it upon himself to take care of it and see if it works and it did. We had another HVAC company come out and they didn't question anything even though I told them exactly what happened to the AC as I did today with Slife. Our estimate for an AC and furnace from the other company was approximately 15K... Because of the honesty and integrity of this gentleman named Jim, we're going to get a bill, $99 service call plus the price of the capacitor. I tried to tip him $50 and he refused to take it. I am over the moon and I'm shaking I'm so happy. I will never call another company for HVAC work again!
My parents always used a different company so I knew no other. That company no longer services residential. I was referred to you. You’re company is exceptional! I have need to use you twice in one week at 2 different houses! The first time I had Dick! He was so professional and friendly. He had to have a part delivered and it was there in like a half hour. In no time he had my moms furnace up and running. Then on Friday, at 5:30 of course lol, my furnace quit blowing heat. Well i knew just who to call. Mark, the friendly and professional tech who called knew exactly what the problem was before he even got here. He arrived and in a matter of minutes my furnace was fixed. I highly recommend Slife Heating and Cooling to anyone who is looking to deal with a very professional company. I will forever be a customer.
