Chuck went above and beyond to provide the best service, installing a gas line dryer in the basement. I didnt have the tools myself to detach the cord and I know nothing about how any of this works, and as a single woman with zero background on gas leaks/pipes/etc, I was afraid to break anything or cause a gas leak. He took extra time to make sure I didn't need to do anything else and eased my anxiety about the initial wrong diagnostic on the gas line pipe.
