Q Audio Visual provided AV services for an event, and everything was stellar. The team was professional, with outstanding customer service. Unlike a previous AV provider that had technical issues and a lack of professionalism, Nate personally came to the venue, looked at the job, heard the requirements, and offered solutions that had not been thought of. There was no disconnect, as Nate was on site during the event. His whole team ensured the most important part of the night, where donations were asked for, went off flawlessly. It was the first time using Q Audio Visual, and they would definitely use them again. For a second year, Nate saw the vision and flawlessly executed it. The customer service was outstanding, and the service was excellent. The team is highly recommended.
We had Nate & his team at Q Audio Visual do the AV for our event this past weekend and everything was stellar. We have used another firm in the past for our AV needs and there always were problems -- technical issues, people that didn't understand our job and overall, a lack of professionalism. I think one of the main issues with our former AV provider was a disconnect -- we always worked with one person in the office to spec the equipment but that person never was on sight during the event. With Nate -- he was the one who personally came out to the venue, looked at the job, heard the requirements and then stepped up to the plate to offer solutions that we hadn't thought of. His whole team was professional and the most important part of the night where we ask for donations went off flawlessly. It was our first time using Q Audio Visual and we would definitely use them again.
This is the second year I have worked with Nate and his team. He saw my vision and flawlessly executes it. Can’t wait to work with him again next year!
