I LOVE THIS PLACE. I had Erin and she was funny, kind, and asked me questions about my photo instead of just looking! She did an AMAZING job and gave me the first hair cut that I have LOVED in my life! I trusted her and it's perfect for me! Queer + culturally positive, affordably priced, and now my main place to go! I recommend to EVERYONE from all walks of life!

I took my 14 rear old daughter to Pretty Things to style her thick, long and wild tresses. Of course, the service and results we excellent. What so impressed me was Erin's compassion, respect and consideration for my daughter. Erin put her totally at ease and treated her like a valued, adult, regular client. I was thrilled by the warmth and professionalism that was given my daughter. The positive emotional impact on her was subtle and deeply satisfying to observe.
