I recently found out my bathroom subfloor was rotting from an unnoticeable water leak in the bathroom from the bathtub plumbing. I hired Prestige Painters/Remodeling for help for my bathroom and ended up remodeling the bathroom from the subfloor and up, complete gutted remodel.
