I am a new customer, I am elderly and had a few questions, the owner was very patient about answering all my needs and questions. Delivery service very good. Laundry returned on time and done very very nicely. The cost was very fair. Way to run a business! Bob F.

Excellent service ! I have my laundry room not functional and have been using their service for about a month now. I have been using their wash and fold service. They have done excellent job with folding. Stuff also messaged me specifically about a pant that had still store tag on. They are prompt with their pick ups and drop offs. Scheduling is so easy through website. The folding is almost like ironed clothes. No wrinkles. Would recommend this service to anyone needing one. Hands down the best !

We can not use our washer and dryer due to wiring problems. Parma laundry picks up our laundry and returns it. I have found the staff to be friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to everyone who needs this service. It beats spending hours at the laundromat.
