I love it here they are very caring and attentive they know exactly who you are when you come in the door, they can provide transportation to and from your appointments they have mental health counseling, social workers they even offer you coffee tea and water. Very nice professional people.
Was seen by Taryn Lee M.D. and she did everything in medical power to help me.I simply cannot convey in words the level of her kind and compassionate care. She did everything in her power to make sure that i left completely prepared. And she even made sure that my medications would be delivered to me.First class care from a doctor with a really big heart.
I liked my personal care physician, Dr. Taryn Lee. She was extremely interested in maintaining my health and made many recommendations to that effect. I would have rated the visit a five-star experience if Oak Street Health were part of Epi/MyChart system.Senor Evaristo Fernandez was also helpful with connecting my needs with the Western Reserve Agency on Aging.
