Treated myself to a pedicure for the first time, in a while. Service was good. In and out in a timely manner. My only issue is I developed toe fungus as a result. So knocked off major points for poor sanitation.

I have been to this business twice and unfortunately, while the staff are friendly, the choice of TV programs and quality of service still give me concern. Who wants to watch animals kill baby animals while getting a manicure? Who enjoys bleeding during a manicure? I could barely tell the difference between the nail polish and my blood last time I was there and had to apply triple antibiotic cream when I got home. Lastly, not even a few days after getting my nails done, they tore. Not just near the tip of my nail where I could just clip off the torn part but further down my nail. To start off let me say that I personally do not use this establishment. But over the years I have bought gift certificates for people in my life that do use it. I've never heard any of them say that they've had a bad experience. In fact, it's been just the opposite. The staff is very kind and they do follow the proper covid guidelines. I am told that they do really good work there. So if you're in the market for this kind of service you should check the place out.
