Milano Monuments was so easy to work with. The monument met all of our expectations and later when we ordered flowers, they really listened to what we wanted and sent pictures when the arrangement had been made to be sure it met our expectations. We made an appointment to meet and talk about a headstone. This is the hardest thing we had to do for our family. Mr. Milano took amazing care of us and made the whole process comforting and as easy as possible. Not only did they design a beautiful headstone, but made it easy and comforting.
