The MetroHealth Rehabilitation Institute has a dedicated and caring team of physicians, nurses, and therapists. The staff are patient, helpful, and encouraging, providing outstanding therapies. They help restore function, improve quality of life, and get patients back to normal life. The nurses, aides, and case workers are amazing, teaching families the best way to care for their loved ones at home. The institute's staff go above and beyond, providing 24-hour service, a nice smile, a laugh, and a shoulder to cry on. They are kind to families and provide excellent care. The staff are great, and the therapies are outstanding, making the MetroHealth Rehabilitation Institute a trustworthy place for rehabilitation.
Dr. Morton is an excellent doctor. He explained everything clearly and took my questions seriously. 10/10.
Additionally, like the main campus, this Metrohealth campus has a fascinating array of historical architecture. The original brick building is likely about one hundred years old and the expansions reflect more recent architectural concepts. There is an atrium and an outdoor courtyard between two buildings.
The MetroHealth rehab team is outstanding. My father has been in the traumatic brain injury unit for the past month. It is unbelievable how far he has come during this time. The specialized therapist are so kind and motivating. The nurses and support staff are all great and caring.
Our family is so fortunate to have had the help of the whole Metro team. Comparing this experience to the two other hospitals he spent time in, is night and day. We would push my dad in his wheelchair down the hallway and the staff would high-five him or always say hello. You have a very special team, thanks for all you have done for us.
I was told this was the best place to go for my type of injury and waited an extra two days to be admitted at it was worth the wait. Both inpatient and outpatient therapists are personable and professional and I can't express with words how glad I am I was able to rehab at Metro.
