The MetroHealth Rehabilitation Institute has a dedicated and caring team of physicians, nurses, and therapists. The staff are patient, helpful, and encouraging, providing outstanding therapies. They help restore function, improve quality of life, and get patients back to normal life. The nurses, aides, and case workers are amazing, teaching families the best way to care for their loved ones at home. The institute's staff go above and beyond, providing 24-hour service, a nice smile, a laugh, and a shoulder to cry on. They are kind to families and provide excellent care. The staff are great, and the therapies are outstanding, making the MetroHealth Rehabilitation Institute a trustworthy place for rehabilitation.

Olivia is so sweet and patient—her smile truly brightens up the room. Even on days when you’re not feeling your best or not looking forward to therapy, her positivity and motivation lift you up and make you want to push through.
Tracy is amazing as well. I learned helpful meal-prepping techniques from her, and I really enjoyed hearing her stories while going through therapy. They kept me distracted and made the time pass more easily, so thank you for that, Tracy.

Our son was here in September 2024 he was on the spinal injury floor. The staff were great except they were a little too loud coming in during shift change at night, he was right by the doors and we could hear them laughing and talking loud even with his door shut. He couldn't sleep as it was due to his injury. But it did quite down after a bit. The nurses would bother him alot giving meds when he'd just get to sleep. But the Therapy department was exceptional. They were caring and really knew what they were doing. My mom stayed at MetroHealth Rehab for a few weeks while recovering after the ICU. She can’t say enough about how fantastic everyone was. She credits the staff with her rapid recovery and especially Scott in physical therapy for getting her moving again. We are so grateful to everyone who helped her while in rehab
