The nurses were all incredibly kind and listened to my concerns, except for nurse Desai. I was taken aback by the hostility she showed me when explaining what another doctor had told me. I found myself apologizing and getting stressed out as everything I said seemed to annoy her. I am not a doctor, but I do have some medical knowledge from biomedical engineering. I was explaining what my symptoms were and what I was told and she seemed to be very annoyed that I was mixing up my words. I’m sure she’s very qualified, but she is condescending and stressed me out more than what I was coming in to be seen for. Everyone else was great.
