This was a positive experience shopping for bathroom countertops and finally realizing the end result. Natalia was so knowledgeable about the inventory and showed me as many slabs as I needed to feel comfortable I made the right selection. The inventory at Marble Builder Direct is amazing! After selection and deposit, I was encouraged to come back to decide my favorite area on the slab for cutting. They allowed me to have control over the process and it was all completed in a timely manner. Chris and I are extremely please with our soapstone countertops. They are absolutely stunning. We didn't have a large job, but we treated just the same as someone who did have a large job. They have many, many different stone options to choose from, including soapstone, which we ultimately decided upon. Everyone is friendly and helpful. It was a matter of weeks before we had our countertops installed from the day we chose the stone. Thank you Marble Builder Direct!
