Labcorp at Walgreens offers routine medical testing and recommended screenings. Patients can make appointments online and receive quick results through their patient portal. While some staff members may have an unfriendly attitude, others are personable and professional. The phlebotomists are thorough and kind, making the experience pleasant. Walk-ins are welcome, and despite some occasional delays, the service is generally efficient. Overall, Labcorp at Walgreens provides a convenient and reliable testing experience, with some staff members going above and beyond to ensure a positive visit.
This place is a waste of time. Don’t bother making an appointment because they will not be able to see you on time or even that day. Absolute embarrassment of management to only staff the lab with one person.
Went for a scheduled labwork appointment at 11am only to find out they had “called off” from work entirely today without any notice. When I asked the photo and pharmacy departments they seemed just as perplexed as me. Embarrassing and unprofessional.
They don’t work during working hours, they don’t return phone calls, and they don’t post correct information about the hours they perform certain services. Don’t even both trying to get labs done here, it’s not worth the multiple trips you have to make in person only to go home because the employees take no pride in their job
