Horrible reception horrible people they only have 2 aides doing about 20 people by themselves like that’s a 3 aid job on each hall one aid is not able to properly care for all 20resdients I had to take my mother home

this place is completely a joke my grandpa went there for rehab and two days later we found out his roommate had covid and the nurses didn't even tell us one of the residents did then they give the people nasty old food four people share one bathroom it smells so bad and it's dirty it's just not a place u should send your love ones and it's all the one up a hill it's very sketchy they really need to just shut down

Hillside Plaza is a joke, you refer your loved ones there to help getting to the next step long term, hospice, respite or whatever the case maybe, the social worker is useless and if you speak up on your loved ones behalf they feel intimidated and think you are stupid, with that said it's all about the dollar $$$$$$and their compassion for your loved ones well being is at the bottom of the list. It's not all the staff but it starts with ADMINISTRATION which lacks concern and I feel are very INCOMPTENT. If your dog is sick don't take them to Hillside Plaza.Dorothy Chapman
