Paid 27k for new furnace, outdoor ac condenser, upgrade to 200 amp and a mini split for my upstairs. HVAC completed with no issue. Electrical has failed two times by city and has to come out to my home a third time for corrections. I've spoken to office and was told that it would be fixed and blame was placed on the city. As a company that was referred to us and has been in business as long as they've been, these excuses are completely and utterly unacceptable. First of all, they came out the same day I called (vs. a two week wait from the company I have been using for two decades). Paul was very thorough, and he went over all the diagnostics and results with me. He found the problem that had been missed by another company, and took care of it on the spot. I’m very happy with the service I received.

I called this morning Mike the repair person came to my home within an hour gave me an estimate. Mike installed my new furnace in about one hour, I was very pleased with the service.
