Amazing gym around Cleveland and Lakewood area. The owner is really professional, I really enjoyed small group work out, per classes maximum 8 people! You can get really useful suggestions! People in the community are also really helpful and friendly!
Sad to be moving too far to keep going here, Helped me get addicted to exercising and I will always be grateful. Hopefully I can find a new gym that can compare near me again, but I am sure I will make it work now that a foundation has been built if it is at least 50% as good.Great for beginners all the way to pro level couching! Everyone is friendly and welcoming.
I have been to various gyms and CrossFit boxes and none have given me the kind of well-rounded strength I have been looking for. Never had an injury here, the trainers have a breadth and depth of knowledge reserved for pro athlete training. They push you hard and make you laugh along the way. I love that a person at any skill level can come to class as everything is tailored to your specific need. Truly a Cleveland gem.
