I applied for EBT benefits in August of 2022. I have sent numerous documents and waited endlessly for a phone interviews. It's now Feb. 21st, 2023. I received notice, via USPS, that I need to submit 2 more documents. Fine. No one answers the phones, no one returns calls.The whole ODJFS needs a serious teardown and rebuild. The only people they seem to be serving is themselves. Apparently there is no real leadership in this red tape monstrosity.who doesn'tThat's what you get when you hire the "politically connected" instead of qualified personnel. Hell, I'll take a job. The Building is no longer a Family Service Center. It is now a Professional Center for training county employees, The county Personnel Review Commission is also located at this location.

I've been applying online since April 4th 2019. Applied two times; onve in April and Once in June. I have photos of confirmation numbers for both of them. I have not received no calls, no emails, nothing in the mail. NOTHING. This is so disorganized and it's a shame that they offer the option to apply online and do not follow through with them. So, now I have to go there and show them and see how this goes. My daughters medication is over 100 dollars a week. Its a shame that I am having such problems getting help for her!
