I have made numerous attempts to speak to someone with no success. Years ago, they were a responsive company at half the price. Very disappointed. I was looking for the insurance saving. I have to look somewhere else.

Paid almost $500 for membership because it was required by my insurance broker, it was pitched to me that I would save money on health insurance but they still stroked me because one employee waived coverage and rates went up 25%. Guess its worth paying the money if you want cheaper cedar point tickets for group trips. Some kind of small business collective. Ya right.
