From intake onward, the staff explained each step of the process, scheduling, treatment phases, expectations, and while it was a lot to take in, it helped reduce some of the uncertainty I usually struggle with. I’m 23 and didn’t really know what I was walking into but The Clean House vibe here was exactly what I needed It wasn’t sugarcoated and that made it real They gave me the support and the push to actually see a way forward and I’m leaving feeling solid about it,
Yo, lemme tell y’all something — this place lowkey saved my butt. 😅 When I pulled up, I was straight up broken, mind, body, and soul. But the vibe here? Chill, warm, not stiff like some places. Staff treated me like a human, not a lost cause. The rooms were clean, food smacked, and the therapy hit deep. I didn’t expect to laugh this much in recovery, but I did. 😂Ain’t gonna lie, I came in with zero hope, but I left feeling like I got a fresh shot at life. 🙌 Cleveland Rehab Services ain’t magic, but it sure felt close to it.
