Today my daughter had a procedure at Cleveland Eye Clinic with Dr. Pierre, and I can’t even put into words how grateful I am for the way he and his team cared for her.
Walking into a medical procedure with your child is nerve wracking no matter the severity of it, but from the moment we stepped through the door, every single nurse and staff member made us feel safe and supported. Dr. Pierre was patient, gentle, and incredibly kind not just to my daughter, but to me as a worried mom. He explained every step and treated her like she was his only patient that day.
Watching your child be cared for by people who truly see them as more than just a case is something you never forget. I am beyond thankful for their compassion, professionalism, and skill. Cleveland Eye Clinic and Dr. Pierre will forever have my highest recommendation! Thank you to everyone who recommended him!

I love this office. I love them all, but I waiting over a year for this office in Cleveland on Carnegie to start accepting my insurance again. The office is clean, remodeled and very roomy but most of all it's the entire staff. So fast efficient friendly and very welcoming. The smiles are so beautiful you may get confused for being inside a dental office at first but make no mistakes about it. IT IS A VERY VERY GOOD EYE CLINIC. THANKS CLEVELAND EYE CLINIC.....once again SEE YOU NEXT YEAR!!

They were able to get me in right away when I had an emergent vision distortion. Dr. Obermeier resolved my issue very quickly and set my mind at ease. She was very knowledgeable and very professional.

I love coming here for my eye care! Best eye doctor I've ever had. All the staff is great and scheduling is easy. Everyone is very thorough and they always run on time. Parking is easy and the building is very accessible to wheelchairs/walkers. My doctor is available by email to answer questions and always gets back to me promptly. Great selection of glasses with wide price range for different budgets. Can not recommend Cleveland eye clinic enough

Was given a hassle just to cancel an appointment because I’m sick. She couldn’t cancel my appointment because the address out of all things didn’t match and she couldn’t even give me a number or letter of what she is looking at. I’m a nurse so this is ridiculous never heard of not being able to cancel an appointment just because the address I’m giving which I know is the only address I use because I took a screenshot of my appointment. And the lady on the phone didn’t have no care in the world in her voice. Meanwhile I’m coughing, short of breath and trynna be considerate and cancel. Been in the healthcare field over 15 years and never heard of not being able to cancel an appointment because an address don’t match but my name and birthdate do that’s weird. Appointment still didn’t cancel and I bet not get a bill.
