5 stars for staff, especially a male who did the letter chart test. The wait was horrific, I shouldn't have my whole day wrapped up in an eye appointment. I feel bad for all the elderly who had to wait longer
Parking aside, the wonderful (and nice) doctors at Cole came in on a holiday and saved my eyesight. Thanks to Cole, my eyesight is great. Highly recommend. Don't even bother with the private retina specialists.
I appreciate all that the Cleveland Clinic does, but the parking situation really is nightmarish for anyone who does not visit the campus regularly. I don’t want $14 valet. Nor can most of the parking attendants park a manual transmission vehicle like the one I drive anyway. Expect to spend at least 10 minutes getting oriented and parked in one of the garages several blocks away, and then 10-15 minutes to walk back to this building. With all the nearby road construction and either small and/or unlit signage, for early morning appointments this is a taxing and stressful process. Disappointing.
