I am impressed with this company. Carol was promptly responsive to my inquiry and very helpful. Their pricing is reasonable and they are fair about what is really needed. In our case, our gas didn't need a cleaning or deeper inspection and they were honest about that. Aaron gave some suggestions for setting up our fire place and a possible weak brick that he noticed and was on his way. Highly recommend.
Aaron came out and did a *fantastic* job. We needed a chimney cap & crown ASAP due to some inspection finds as we were selling our house. They were able to schedule a good time, and Aaron was even early to the appointment. He also came back to patch up a newly discovered hole in our roof for a very reasonable cost (which I’m sure was probably outside the scope of his typical work: chimneys). I’ve attached before and after photos of both. Also... I feel compelled to say something... I’ve noticed a couple other reviews on here only leaving one ⭐... and I gotta say, it’s disheartening. I don’t know Aaron personally but after only talking to him the two times he’s been out, I feel like I do, as he’s very personable and down to earth. With COVID, and everything, it has been difficult for everyone, and small business owners are no exception. They are people, too... with lives outside of their business. Consider the impact your negative rating has on someone (who does a great job) when they’re just trying to make a living. That said, I’d highly recommend Cleveland Clean Sweep. Out of *everyone* we contacted to get a quote & get this fixed, they were the most responsive, most flexible (w/ time), and most affordable. Definitely give them a call, and be understanding if they’re not getting back to you *right away* or a *tiny bit* late... because as you shop around for contractors you’ll see... they’re not known for their dependability, but Aaron definitely stood above the rest - at least the ones we spoke to. Aaron and his crew completely repaired and painted our 37,000 square foot cement block building. Our building was heavily damaged from years of neglect and Cleveland Clean Sweep brought it back to life! I would highly recommended this company for any tuck pointing and painting needs.
