I booked a last-minute appt. to get a basic gel polish change on my hands and toes. Henry was so kind, professional, and very gentle! Although he was moving quickly to stay timely for his next appt., I didn’t feel rushed at all. I’ve unfortunately had quite a few negative experiences with other salons in the area, but I’m happy to say I think I’ve finally found my match. Thank you so much!! Nguyet did a fantastic job on my pedicure! The massage was awesome and my feet feel super soft and she did a great job shaking my nails. Kim was amazing! I got a new gel X set and asked for a specific design and she did not disappoint. She made sure I liked the colors on my nails before continuing to paint more and was just super friendly and professional the entire visit. If I lived in the Cleveland area still I'd make this my regular nail salon!
Been going here since I was 17. I'm 43 now and still love going. Ken is the best and my mother loves him too. She won't go to anyone else. There patients and style is awesome. I totally recommend.
