I had the most fabulous experience both Monday as well as yesterday at Cielo with Edwin Fontanez. (That does not include my first appointment, where Edwin spent over an hour consulting; where he spent the time looking at my hair, its color, texture, elasticity, and much more.. but clearly understood how to handle my personal hair trauma with such passion and he educated me on the process that would have to happen. No surprise, especially when he said he would have to cut so much off. Knowing the process, prepared me for what was to begin a long journey, though I knew I was 100% in the right hands of a true hair master!!! Edwin is not only a master artist of hair, but a genius of style, color, precision, and patience. His professionalism with his clients is very impressive as well. Edwin had to completely take my hair: very unhealthy, damaged from color , breakage and bad extensions from a prior salon, and attempt to begin to help repairing it and me!!! I was embarrassed to go out for several months with the old me, as I am typically in the public eye for my business. I spent over 6 hours, and two days at Cielo for the transformation, and Edwin has just given me back my life with the new color and cut. The cut was eminent because so much damaged was evidenced. The new style and cut is clearly Edwin's artistic and award winning, Edwin's own!! I was so impressed with his consultation first and his honesty. He completely under promised and over- delivered in such a positive way. The culture of his salon and staff, are also reassuring, warm, friendly and honest and let me not forget to mention, quite relaxing, sophisticated, and fantastic product selections for all hair types. Best salon experience. Edwin Fontanez, stylist to the stars, and top models is a true gift to the community and hair world. Never been so happy w my hair cut AND color. Takes his time for true perfection.
