Absolute worst experience I have ever had, stylist was 40 minutes late, dropped her daughter off to take my hair out and get washed as she left to take her dogs to a pet appt. I expressed I wanted the same exact style I had in and that I wanted who was doing the new style to be the one who was taking them out so they are able to see how it was. I was told she would be able to do the same style without seeing it. Anyways my hair was take down and washed and then after that was complete I waited another 30 minutes for the stylist to get back to do my hair.
