(sorry if I've got the spelling wrong). Literally the only person I've talked to at this agency that was genuinely helpful and got my questions answered while I was on the phone. Give her a raise immediately!!!
Want to give kudos to Angela at CCA. She not only helped me, but did so with such a genuine attitude. She helped me understand everything better and gave me peace of mind. I felt better instead of worse when hanging up the phone. She had a great personality and I felt like I was talking with someone who was looking out for me and wanted to make the process as painless as possible. Thanks Angela!!
