I have to give kudos to Sophia at CCA. She has been so much help with the issues I am having trying to submit my individual city return. They have recently updated their site and it isn't uploading the necessary documents in order to file. So the site gets no stars but Sophia gets the 5 stars! Thanks Sophia!
I had a good experience going in and getting my 2024 taxes paid off that I forgot to pay 😅 smooth process nice people contrary to the reviews I have seen. Person assisting me was Andre
Andre is a very helpful customer service professional. I'm really grateful for his support. But ultimately the CCA's systems are very outdated. The website looks like it is a relic from 1997. If you have any business income alongside employment income, then you cannot file online and must file with paper. The tax forms are confusing. There is no separate line for business income, so I need to combine my employment income with my freelance income and then write a note on the form. But many people work two jobs. The City of Cleveland needs to put the CCA in a position to succeed. I don't think that people mind paying 2.5%, but it shouldn't be this much of a hassle. Hire...read full review
