Great coaches, awesome location, the equipment is better than any gyms I have seen and you get so much for your membership. The coaches here are attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful. The members are welcoming. I particularly love the Barbell class on Saturdays. It allows me to work on my lifts and get me ready for the classes. The classes here are for every level of fitness. You also can’t beat the view of the river and Downtown when the garage doors are open.

Beautiful new facility with attentive coaches. I reached out once I knew I'd be making a trip to Cleveland. The owner responded quickly, was very personable, and made me feel that the gym would be a great fit during my visit. My gut was right. The equipment and set-up were first class, and the coaches were very helpful in making suggestions on moving correctly and in modifying movements to fit my current abilities. If you're looking for a CrossFit gym or combat classes in Cleveland, I highly recommend checking C4-Athletics out.
