I was suddenly flooded with solicitations in my mailbox - daily - offering "Help" due to a Tax Lien (just posted to Public Record apparently) on my home for unpaid out of state taxes.
After weeks of ignoring what I presumed was Spam mail that was getting worse, I called Buckeye as a Trusted entity in this field, to ask if the Notices were valid. I received prompt, kind guidance from LAURA as to how best to track down details of this occurrence since I had not received any type of official notice.
I followed her suggestions and while it took many hours on the phone (over 15) and a few days, I was able to get resolution.
