First Time Going To Them Yesterday, I Wanted To Get My Beautiful Late Mother Some Balloons For The New Year, I Know Alot Of Places Would Be Close Due To The Holiday & I Took A Chance To Go See If The Place Was Open & It Was. I Was So Happy & Once I Walked In They Had Everything That I Was Looking For. I Want To Thank The Owner For Being Open, My Siblings & I Day Special For Our Mother.

We had a great experience at Blum's today, buying some party goods for our rehearsal dinner. The woman working the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The store is small but with a decent selection, and the staff is willing to work with you to find what you need. I was surprised by how inexpensive the tablecloths we were buying were (we bought ten cloth-like ones for about $30). Yes, we could have bought most of this stuff online at cheaper prices at Amazon, Oriental Trading, etc. But it feels fantastic to support a small, local business with excellent customer service. I could not have had a more different experience than the other two reviewers. I placed an order over the weekend and on Monday received a call that two items were out of stock. I was fine without one and was offered a replacement for the other one that was $2 more, but they included it in the order without charging me the additional cost. In terms of the item I decided not to replace, I received a refund within an hour or two. By Thursday, I received the items and could not be more pleased with the quality of the products and the expeditious shipping. The products looked just as good if not better than they did on the website, which as we all know is not always the case....read full review
