I have had some really bad experiences with selling real estate (albeit, one property was especially terrible). Grace was responsive and sold our house within 1 week of listing above asking price. She was fantastic from the start and met with us and gave great advice on what would work and what we could reasonably list for. She also has a knack for social media and did a great job presenting the house on IG and the media outlets. When we had an issue with the inspection, she helped me find a local contractor and let them in and was responsive to all my texts and calls. She was absolutely amazing and easy to work with.
