By seeing all these negative reviews I was expecting to be here for 5-6 hours but no they just loaded me in 25 minutes, my appointment was at 1400 and I arrived 1345 there was a super friendly and helpful old school trucker he said just call the number and they will give you door number buck up and they will load and at the end they will bring out the paperwork, I called them and bucked up on door 4 at 1350 and got green light at 1415. The doors are close to each other but you will have a size of football field in front of you to do straight back up

The docks are covered and extremely close to each other. Pretty hard to get in without hitting another truck or wall. I got here at 10. Got out at 1pm. Took a long time to load. My appointment was set for 1pm but they got started about 10:30. The employees here are friendly. It seems like they're going as fast as they can. It must just be a bad system.
