This company do horrible job at 10118 n marcs road Columbia station Ohio lowest quality work .. also they charge $6000 to paint 3 room which was about 500 sqf charg $25000 for job and house look horrible they have no any work experience the pic they show to take contract is all fake Photoshop pic of you need to see real pic txt me I will send you their worst work pic . 4405390344

Great Team with premium quality work. We contacted AHTR Development Group for dry wall installation in garage and basement including back side of the steps for our new constructed house. Their response to our request was quick. The quality of their work was amazing and their estimate was reasonable. The finishing was perfect with proper mudding and tapping. They also installed drywall behind the steps in the basement which was not agreed in contract. But when they started their work, we requested them to see if they can also take care of the area behind the steps and without any hesitation they agreed without any additional charges for the extra material that they had buy again and spend another half day just for that. Overall their team is very nice and professional in their work.

Excellent work! We hired AHTR Development Group to do patio as well steps right after we got our new home. They carefully listened to our needs and requirements and provided us concept design with everything put-together that we thought. Once we confirmed the design, they built exactly how we wanted! AHTR Group went above and beyond our expectations and have done a great job at a competitive price. Also provided us a gazebo installation as well as lights replacement & new lights installation services. We did a stamp-concrete patio as well as composite deck steps with black vinyl railings! I can’t wait to spend the rest of summer in my patio. I am very satisfied and happy with the final results! I can’t wait to work with the AHTR Development Group for future endeavors! Highly recommend!
