In the world of tax services John & the team at Access Tax Service are a breath of fresh air!! For the last 2 years I went to Jackson Hewitt (horrible) & a private tax service (even worse) so when I found Access I was skeptical but John more than made up for that with his professionalism and friendly service. I will be doing an amendment with John this year from when Jackson Hewitt stopped me from receiving 2021 refund due to their error.

John have been doing my taxes for over a decade. I have never experienced any problems with John not even the numbers. My amount of my refund have been accurate for years I’m talking 10 plus years. He has never done anything fraudulent NEVER u couldn’t even try to sweet talk him into doing anything fraudulent. John is by the book period.
