I was very pleased with the price point and service from this company. My only suggestions would be to better explain the situation once arriving to the parking lot. There is no attendant available at all upon arrival and no phone number to call to explain exactly what to do. Once the shuttle driver arrives, he should immediately approach the customers waiting and explain how the system works. Now that I know how the system works I would be totally comfortable with using this service again and again. The shuttle driver was adequate but not personable. If I weren’t from a customer service position I would not have given him a gratuity.

Great experience. Driver very nice. Nice and close to airport. Be sure to pay attention to their messages to help with your travel. And he even helped dig out my truck in major snow storm.

We got there at 4:10AM for a 6AM flight. Man informed me I had to give him a confirmation number. I never had to do that at other parking lots in the area. He left and didn't return until 4:40AM. Needless to say we were a little stressed. Meanwhile, I found the confirmation number only to be told that I needed to text it to the number. Why that wasn't mentioned earlier remains a mystery.The return flight we were out waiting for the shuttle at 10PM only to find out that they only pick up at ten minutes to the hour. 50 minutes later we were picked. That gentleman was pleasant. Even finding the parking lot was a challenge. Thank goodness for a shuttle...read full review
