First let me say that the location and price were great. HOWEVER, the second time I parked I was on time and had to wait 5 mins before they got there to let me in and then had to wait 5 more mins past what the actual pickup time was and then had to wait for another passenger that park and board the shuttle. Which isn't a huge deal... but wait to see how I was treated... Upon returning, my flight was canceled to the next day then delayed which then delayed my pick up for my car. I paid for the extra day and was told their last departure is 12 am... so when we landed @11:38 pm, I quickly made my way through the terminal & I made it to the pick up @12:03am. These guys are awesome! Everything worked like clockwork, and the parking lot where your car is parked is safe and gated...really good peace of mind. The driver was very friendly and helpful...was parked with them for two weeks, and I will definitely use them again!
