Have parked 3 times, always a good experience. Just read the instructions, text them ahead of time as they as you to do and everything runs smoothly. My vehicle feels safe and security while I’m out of town.
Super well designed and highly organized shuttle service. The instructions are clear and specific, and while the service doesn’t bend or extend beyond them, that structure is exactly what keeps everything running smoothly and reliably. Both drivers we had were professional, kind, and helpful. The van was clean, modern, and very comfortable. 100% easier than finding a ride to/from airport and 100% will use again.
I have used this parking lot a few times and have been happy with it. The reason for some people's negative reviews is it they do not read the instructions and the policies. You do need to text your confirmation number a day or two ahead of time and they will text you right back with the instructions. They only leave the lot twice an hour and they only leave the airport twice an hour so yes you can expect to be waiting up to a half an hour depending on when you arrived but they tell you what the times are so you can plan around them.
