2 Birds are a low price parking place. They are on time for shuttle to airport.
The issue is the pick up when you get back. The have 2 pickup times on hour at most. We arrived back in town and called them (as per instructions ).
They replied 10 minutes later annd asked for pickup times which we had posted in our first pickup txt. We sent same original back to them. Fifteen minutes later they txt that would pickup in 30 minutes.
We waited 55 minutes for shuttle to arrive.
You get what you pay for. Disappointing !
I use 2 Birds for every trip. They are friendly, cost effective, and efficient. Know the rules they have in place and you'll be fine. Your car is always locked in their lot so it will remain safe.
First let me say that the location and price were great. HOWEVER, the second time I parked I was on time and had to wait 5 mins before they got there to let me in and then had to wait 5 more mins past what the actual pickup time was and then had to wait for another passenger that park and board the shuttle. Which isn't a huge deal... but wait to see how I was treated... Upon returning, my flight was canceled to the next day then delayed which then delayed my pick up for my car. I paid for the extra day and was told their last departure is 12 am... so when we landed @11:38 pm, I quickly made my way through the terminal & I made it to the pick up @12:03am.
