I recently switched to Oak Tree Animal Hospital, and I honestly couldn’t be happier. I’ve spent the last few years working with a rescue group for senior puppy mill dogs, so advocating for animals is deeply important to me. Unfortunately, my last vet was a nightmare—I could barely get five minutes of their time, and they were incredibly dismissive of my concerns (which turned out to be critical).
Switching to Oak Tree has been a night-and-day experience. Dr. Smith is incredibly validating, conscious, and thorough. Instead of rushing me out the door or diminishing my concerns, Dr. Smith actually listens and takes the time to collaborate on my dogs' care. It is such a relief to finally have a vet who genuinely cares and gives my dogs the time and respect they deserve.
Dr. Hitchcock and her staff are wonderful. They let us know what to expect and what not to expect from their examination. Our dog is nervous and feisty with vets, and they were gentle with her.
Oak Tree Vet is a fabulous facility to take your pet! The staff is phenomenal! They are patient with your pet and you should you have questions or concerns. Fees for services are reasonable and the hospital is easy to find.
