I have an older dog that has been getting groomed by another groomer that didn't perform the tasks they were charging for so I spoke to the person at Lee Rd grooming and they seemed receptive to meeting my dog and doing her grooming. When we went to the store for the meeting she told us that she would not accept our dog due to her cancer.The dog has a wonderful disposition and is very cooperative when getting a bath . The person there was dismissive was not new clients. I would not recommend this establishment

I lived in CLE for 14 months-& my Havanese Rocket, enjoyed his "spa days" with Linda SO much. I'm in NYC now-might make the trip to CLE-it'sa great city! but I could also book an appointment for Rocket w/Linda-who is a serious groomer who looks at it as an art--I agree:) She's the best!
