Her unconventional “sales” style is a breath of fresh air. She guides you through the process at your pace and does not make you feel pressured into anything. The home building process has been a journey for my husband and I! However, Winter McRae, has calmed the storm with her knowledge and calming nature. She is very informative, patient and helpful! She answers her phone, emails, and text messages in a timely manner. Overall the level of professionalism that she displays should be the blueprint for anyone providing customer service, she is the bar!
