I brought an old guitar in for re-stringing and tune up. Austin help me after the other employees were late getting there (he was there 15 mins early). He took care of the issues and it plays great now! THANK YOU AUSTIN!

I miss the old store in the mall but the new location is nice too. A tad crowded but they carry an amazing amount of inventory for a space that size. Every one has always been attentive and knowledgeable about guitars. I like being able to try them out in a quiet room.

I went to Willis to get a Hercules 2 guitar stand. Thankfully they had a three guitar version as a floor model which I bought. While there, I asked about looper pedals, explaining my skill level is probably advanced beginner so looking at entry level loopers. He talked me through the options, giving number 1, 2 and 3 recommendations then checked inventory. While they didn't have the item I plan to get, they gave me a wealth of information.Finally, I spent some time in the guitar room playing a Sigma and a Martin (boy did I have to fight the urge ?).
