This was my first time using Widmer’s. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful! The coupon I used initially wasn’t reading correctly when I picked it up, but they wouldn’t let me leave until everything had been sorted and the coupon was reading correctly. I’d definitely use Widmer’s again.
The only thing that keeps me coming back is the incredible customer service provided by Mary. She makes an effort to get to know her customers and if she sees me coming in she’ll already have my items waiting for me. For a super busy person like myself, this kind of customer service is so appreciated and not easy to find these days. If this was a review of only her it would be 5 stars without question. If Mary ever leaves, my business (which is a lot) probably will too because the change in store hours (closing at 6pm instead of 7) is horribly inconvenient for me. I'm not from the area but had to stop by Harpers Point for my Aunt.
Mary was at the desk and she went out of her way to help me! I'm a sucker for good customer service, it's hard to find these days. Thank you Mary! It was nice to meet you!
