We have recently moved into a new house and are first time pool owners , the pool was green and not ready for us when we moved in. Being first time pool owners we had no idea where to start, but we had heard wardway was the best in Cincinnati to help with pools. We are driving from Brookville Indiana to Wardway, the first time we went they tested the water and printed out what we needed, the pool was still not clearing up and we called over and over again. Finally we undid our pump and took it to them and it was an above ground pool pump, so Lucy who is so knowledgeable told us the pump we needed and Kevin who was at home nursing an injury came back in to show us what we need to do. Then when my wife took water in again they gave us more stuff we need and again Lucy and Kevin were all over it and walked her through what we needed to do. FINALLY our pool is clear and we are ready to swim for the summer! Go to Wardway and get everything you need for summer and get the best help possible from great people!
Was having people over and found out I was out of propane so I drove up around 6 and they were already closed. A nice man said he would do it anyway so he did! Can’t thank him enough
